About a booking you have already made
Bookings are held by the tour operator, not here, so cancellations, date changes, pickup addresses and refunds are handled through the confirmation email the operator sent you. That email carries the reference number and the direct contact.
If you cannot find it, tell us the tour name and the date and we will point you at the right place.
Corrections
Prices, hours and access rules change, and the ones here are checked against the scenic area’s published tariff and its own signage. If you have stood at the gate recently and something differs, that is the most useful message we get.

Hours
The scenic area is open all day. Ticket gates, shuttle buses and the ropeway run roughly 07:30–17:30.
Getting there
77 km from Guilin to the entrance, then 17 km to Ping’an or 23 km to Jinkeng Dazhai. Full directions are on the getting-there page.
