How this site is funded, in plain terms.

How we are paid

Longji Rice Terraces Tours may earn a commission when you book a tour through a link on this site, at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the operator’s own price, and it is the same whether you arrive through this site or go to the booking platform directly.

Who holds the booking

Tours on this site are sold by Viator and by GetYourGuide, and the booking contract is between you and the operator listed there. Payment, confirmation, cancellation and refunds are handled by them.

We are an independent publisher and take part in the Viator and GetYourGuide affiliate programmes. We are not the tour operator and not affiliated with the Longji Terraced Fields scenic area administration.

What the commission does not buy

Nothing on this site is placed because it pays more. The tours are ordered by review volume and rating, the comparison table lists every one of them, and where a fare leaves out the CNY 80 gate ticket that is stated on the card rather than buried.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are the operators’ starting fares as published in August 2026 and they move. Availability, meeting points and departure times are confirmed at the booking stage, not here.

Facts about the terraces

Ticket prices, opening arrangements, distances and heritage status are taken from the scenic area’s published tariff, its own map board and the FAO and Ministry of Agriculture records, and each is dated on the page that carries it.
